Unit member for several different ODA's.
• Issued Airworthiness Certifications from VAN's RV 4 to Boeing Business Jets.
• Issued Experimental airworthiness certificates for R&D, Crew Training, Show
Compliance, etc.
• Issued export Certificate of Airworthiness for Aircraft and Parts
• Provided FAA Designee Service on many STC projects from parts conformity to
complete Boeing Business Jet Interiors.
• Conducted DAR Services for a major audio component and a Major Fuel Cell
Manufacture and other Manufactures.
• Issued 8130-3 Tags for an Accredited Distributor, Domestic and Export
• Provided training for local EAA chapter on the requirements to obtain an Airworthiness
Certificate for their Amateur Built Aircraft.
2001 - 2002 FAA Coordinator - Ozark Aircraft Systems. Bentonville, Arkansas
Provided DAR services and Coordination with the MIDO.
• Conducted Conformity Inspections for a Boeing Business Jet Completion Center
• Issued Airworthiness Certificates for Boeing Business Jets.
• Responsible for Parts Manufacture Authorization (PMA), Burn lab manuals and received
approval by FAA Office.
1998 - 2001 Lead Inspector, Chief Inspector, ODAR - Raytheon Aircraft Company
(Several Other Names Before). Little Rock, Arkansas
* Train and supervised all Personal Assigned to Inspection Dept.
* Ensure all inspections are properly performed before parts are released to the public.
* All work is properly documented, (inspection records, reports and forms.)
* All repair orders are stored properly and can be assessed in a timely manner when required.
* Make periodic checks on all inspection tools and the calibration of precision test equipment.
* Devise and maintain a system of keeping records of checks and calibration of inspection
tools and precision test equipment.
* Ensure proper execution of all forms required by the FAA.
* Final Acceptance of all incoming material including new and used parts, supplies.
* Conduct preliminary, hidden damage inspections continuity, and final inspection of all items.
* Ensure that no defective or unairworthy parts are installed in any component or assembly
released by the repair station
ODAR Functions:
* Issue Airworthiness Certificates and export Certificates.
* Conduct conformity inspections, exports.
* Coordinate with Local and Foreign Governments as required.

* Assure manufactured items are being built and installed to the proper approved data.
* Oversee conformity inspections, working with the FAA.
* Assure mechanics are using tools that are in calibration and correct
for the job being performed.
* Assure company discrepancy and work books are kept up-to-date and are in
proper order and have all required entries.
* Review all paperwork before aircraft delivery making sure all appropriate entries
have been made in the aircraft logbooks', 337's, equipment list for proper documentation
of all work performed.
* Insure assigned areas are in compliance with repair station requirements for proper
identification of parts and components.
* Assumed the responsibilities of temporary Chief Inspector, FAA Coordinator and the
Director of Quality.
* Interacted with supervisors and managers of all departments
